Every member of the Chez Jon's Artistic team is carefully selected. Our rigid staff development program is designed to make sure all of our team are compatible with one another and share our team vision and goals. A positive and professional salon enviornment will benefit our staff and valued customers. When choosing a member to our team, the selection process is based not solely on outstanding haircutting and styling skills, but the ability to understand client needs and a genuine caring attitude about excelling at customer service. Exceeding our client's expectations is our business goal.

Each prospective staffer must agree to participate in our rigid salon training program, before they are elevated to master stylist. Our high quality control standards are never compromised.
